MAIN FEATURES
Circular blades of super High Speed Steel HSS DMo5, with TiN - TiCN coating. The wear-proofing treatments on the surface of the discs are obtained through a process based on PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technology, which results in the formation of metal nitrides, carbides and carbonitrides:
TiN (HV 2200/2400 Titanium Nitride)
TiCN (HV 3000/3300 Titanium Carbonitride).

APPLICATIONS
TiN coating: these blades can be used for cutting low-carbon steel, bronze, etc. They allow for faster cutting and feed rates - up to 40/50% increase.
TiCN coating: can be used for cutting stainless steel, brass, aluminium, alloys, highly abrasive materials, nickel, titanium.
The cutting and feed rates increase by 80/100%.
